Helping capable people reconnect with their strengths,
confidence and who they really are.
Through coaching, I help people build confidence, understand themselves more deeply and create sustainable ways of thriving at work and in life. Particularly for professionals, leaders and neurodivergent individuals navigating change, confidence and growth
About Me
I've spent much of my career helping people learn, grow and rediscover what they're capable of.Over the last 20 years I've worked across education, healthcare, engineering and organisational development, supporting individuals, teams and leaders through learning, development, coaching and change. My interest in coaching began long before I ever trained as a coach. As a mature student, following my own dyslexia diagnosis and later ADHD, I became fascinated by questions of confidence, identity and self-belief. What helps capable people thrive? Why do so many talented people struggle to recognise their own strengths? How do we reconnect with our potential when life, work or self-doubt gets in the way? Those questions have followed me throughout my career and continue to shape my coaching today. As someone with lived experience of dyslexia and ADHD, I understand how easy it can be to spend years focusing on perceived weaknesses rather than recognising strengths. My coaching provides a supportive, reflective and practical space where people can better understand themselves, build confidence and move forward with greater clarity.
"I don't believe people need fixing."
I believe people thrive when they feel understood, valued and connected to their strengths.Through coaching, I help people better understand themselves, build confidence and develop sustainable ways of thriving at work and in life.
How Can I Help?
Sometimes life and work can feel harder than they should, even when you're doing everything "right".You may be successful, capable and doing all the right things on paper, yet still feel stuck, overwhelmed or uncertain about what comes next.Coaching provides space to pause, reflect and better understand yourself, helping you move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
You don't have to figure everything out on your own.
Feeling Overwhelmed

- Struggling to switch off
- Constantly feeling behind

Confidence and Self Belief
You may know you're capable, yet still find yourself...- Doubt yourself
- Focusing on weaknesses rather than strengths
- Minimising your achievements
- Comparing yourself to others
- Feeling you've lost confidence along the wayMany capable people carry stories about themselves that no longer serve them.Coaching helps you challenge those stories and reconnect with your strengths.
Career Direction & Change
Maybe you're asking yourself...- Is it time for a career change?
- What do I really want next?
- How do I navigate uncertainty?
- Am I still in the right role?
- What would fulfilment actually look like?Coaching creates space to explore options and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
